This Privacy Policy applies to the Shop Whisper mobile application provided by YEVROBUDOVA TOV (“YEVROBUDOVA”, “we”, “us”, or the “Service Provider”).
We do not collect personal information through normal app use.
Shop Whisper does not require registration or an account. The application is designed so that YEVROBUDOVA does not collect, log, or store personal shopping information through normal use of the app.
The application does not collect precise real-time location information from your device.
Your shopping information stays on your device.
Shopping lists, list progress, reminders, templates, and history used by Shop Whisper are intended to remain locally on the user’s device. YEVROBUDOVA does not operate a user account system for Shop Whisper and does not maintain a server-side profile containing this shopping information.
Normal Shop Whisper usage does not create a YEVROBUDOVA account or a company-held shopping-data profile.
No sale or sharing of shopping data.
Because YEVROBUDOVA does not collect normal Shop Whisper shopping data, we do not sell that data or share it with third parties for advertising or profiling.
If you choose to contact YEVROBUDOVA directly, the information you voluntarily include in that communication is handled only as necessary to respond to you and meet applicable obligations.
Data Retention
YEVROBUDOVA does not retain Shop Whisper shopping lists, shopping history, reminder content, or other normal in-app shopping information on company servers because this information is not collected by us through normal use of the application.
Information stored locally by the application remains under the control of the user and the device. If you voluntarily contact us, we may retain the information contained in that communication only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain appropriate business records, or satisfy applicable legal requirements.
Data Deletion
Because YEVROBUDOVA does not maintain a server-side account or database of your normal Shop Whisper shopping data, there is no remote Shop Whisper account or shopping-data profile that you need to ask us to delete.
Locally stored application data can be removed through the controls available in the application or by removing the application and its local data using the options provided by your device operating system, as applicable.
If you have voluntarily sent personal information to YEVROBUDOVA outside normal app use, you may request deletion of that information by emailing [email protected]. We will process applicable requests subject to legal obligations that may require limited information to be retained.
Children’s Privacy
Shop Whisper is not directed to children under 13, or any higher minimum age required by applicable law. YEVROBUDOVA does not knowingly solicit personal information from children through normal use of the application.
Security
The application’s local-first approach limits the amount of user information held by YEVROBUDOVA. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and reasonable safeguards are used for information that YEVROBUDOVA actually holds.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the application, our practices, or applicable requirements change. The current version will be published with its effective date on this page.
